Great Journal
This is a great little book. Arrived sealed in cellophane. Perfect size, small but full up with planning and questions. Good quality pages. The second page of each day is different which I like, only the first page is repeated for you to keep track, the the second page varied questions to keep you thinking and achieving. It's a lovely colour, has a pen holder, very pleased 😄

    This is by far the best journal I've come across for me. Love the prompting questions (each day they differ). Love the layout and size. Its not overwhelming to journal. I am an overthinker and a waffler which I am trying to get out of the habit of and this journal has some space to record how I am feeling each day. The space is enough to write my most important points without being excessive. The little water, fruit and veg trackers for each day are useful (could do with outlines being printed darker). Schedule is prefect layout, so is the monthly calendars. Bookmarks are helpful and the stickers adds a bit of fun. Its sturdy and perfect for my handbags.

    Wanted to try journaling and figured the best way to start would be one that gives you prompts. Found the journal asks you pointless things and fails to focus on how you’re feeling on each day. Nice that you can track your water intake and fruit and veg, the journal does get you to think about things but doesn’t give much room to express daily thoughts and feelings. This could just be my personal experience though. Quality is great, colour is as imaged, good value, get a variety of stickers to use too which is nice.

    I love this journal. Have since bought them for gifts for 2 friends and they have beene well received. I love that the pages are such good quality. My pet hate is thin paper as when I write I press on hard and hate it when poor quality paper dints. The stickers are nice. The journaling questions are thought provoking. The size is as described which is just right. Its hard back, and feels very good quality and feels expensive. Its easy to use and is good value for money. Great gift idea for my friends and a treat for myself. I would buy this again. Its much nicer than once that I have seen I book/gift shops.
