Why the projector image is faint/blurry ?

This projector is designed to be used in dark. It is recommended to use in a dark environment. For the ideal viewing experience, we recommend a 1.6m distance for a 60″ screen.

Can this projector be controlled via smartphone? and How to increase the volume of the projector ?

Yes. Please use AumiTV app, scan, and control via the app.

If you feel the projector volume is too low even on maximum volume, we recommend to connect with an external speaker.

Why can’t I cast Netflix/Disney+/Hulu/HBO Max/Paramount+/Apple TV+?

Due to these apps are DRM-protected, and do not allow casting/mirroring. please play these videos by inserting your TV Stick etc. to cast into projector. You can also connect to a laptop/computer to play via HDMI Connection.

Why the image resolution does not like the 4K ?

The projector is supported 4K decoding, not the Physical display 4K resolution

The projector connected Wi-Fi but no internet, message says “Please contact the merchant to register”?

Please provide the device SN. Path: Settings → System → About this device.

How to enter and operate Mouse Mode ?

Press the “Mouse” button on the remote. Use the direction keys to move the cursor. SCROLL/PAGE keys work only in Mouse Mode.

How to turn off the ambient light ？ And how to set picture mode?

1. Path: Settings → Projection → Ambient Light

2.Path: Settings → Image. Modes: Standard, Movie, Vivid, Custom.

Wi-Fi connection is unstable ?

Compare Wi-Fi signal strength with a phone at the same location. If significantly weaker, the antenna may be faulty and requires service.

Connecting PlayStation, Switch, Firestick via HDMI does not work?

1. System should auto-switch when HDMI signal detected (check Settings → Source → Auto Switch).

2. Switch manually to HDMI.

3. If still no display, contact support.
