What type of non-stick coating does the cookware set have?

Do the handles get hot when cooking?

Yes, the pots are made in one piece, which makes them suitable for the oven and prevents the handles from coming loose. The heat spreads throughout the vessel, so it’s necessary to use the provided gloves.

Up to what temperatures can they be heated?

Permanently up to 230°C and for a short period up to 250°C. Do not heat the pot when it’s empty; overheating could lead to color changes, reduced non-stick effect, or detachment.

What maintenance do they require?

Although the GRANITEC non-stick coating is extremely durable, it is recommended to use only nylon or wooden utensils to avoid damaging the surfaces. Small scratches do not affect the non-stick properties of the pots.

Can they be cleaned in the dishwasher?

Yes, although handwashing is recommended. They should not be cleaned under any circumstances with the abrasive side of a sponge or with metal scrubbers. Thanks to their non-stick coating, cleaning is very easy.
