How did we get our start?

Our founder (Pete) was fed up with his flatmates stealing his food at university, after hours of searching online it occurred to him that there was no product that would solve his problem.

From that moment he decided to design his very own lockable box from scratch! Wind forward 10 years, this lockable storage box has now sold in over 62 countries around the world with over 9,000 ratings – the brand Lockabox was born!

What makes our products unique?

Our best-seller, the Lockabox One has a patented clamshell design. Our innovative design means it’s more hygienic and extremely strong at the same time.

Our lockable boxes are also made from impact & shatter-resistant polycarbonate which means they are extremely durable and will withstand daily use. The food & medical-grade polycarbonate means that our lock boxes can also live safely in the fridge or freezer.

Alternatively, for smaller storage needs, the Lockabox Mini is also available. Please note that while our products provide reliable security, they’re not suitable for high-security applications.
