Beautifully made, a silk bonnet that feels soft and luxurious
We got this silk bonnet for our daughter-in-law who has very frizzy, curly hair and she always wears a silk bonnet for sleeping. It’s crafted from premium 19 MM machine-washable Mulberry silk, (not satin) and is beautifully made. It is reversible, charmeuse on one side and chiffon on the other, so has two different looks. Daughter-in-law says it feels soft against her hair and skin. The double-layered silk gives it a luxurious weight without being too warm, and it stays comfortable through the night. This bonnet would make a lovely gift and our daughter-in-law loves it.

I purchased this bonnet as I wanted to invest in a higher-quality silk option for protecting my hair overnight. The navy blue colour is beautiful and it does feel smooth against the hair, which helps reduce friction. However, for the price, I honestly expected more. It is quite expensive, and the material felt thinner than I anticipated for natural mulberry silk. I was hoping for a slightly thicker, more luxurious feel. I also personally don’t like bonnets that have a tie bow at the front ,it’s just not my preference and I found it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.
