How to use the intercom function for clear two-way communication with visitors?

Detailed steps are as follows:

1. When a visitor rings the doorbell, the indoor display screen is activated and rings. The homeowner then presses the answer button once to answer and connect the video call.

2. The homeowner presses and holds the answer button to speak. After releasing the button, the homeowner can hear the visitor’s voice, enabling two-way voice communication.

3. To end the communication, the homeowner presses the answer button again to turn off the intercom and return to standby mode.

Quick Troubleshooting for Night Vision Function Malfunction:

Check if the doorbell lens is obstructed by dust or foreign objects; clean it and try again.Confirm the operating environment is dark (the fill light activates automatically and will not work in bright light).Check if the doorbell unit is receiving a normal power supply/has sufficient battery power; low battery may prevent the night vision function from starting. (The display screen needs to be plugged in continuously.)Re-pair the doorbell and the indoor display screen; abnormal signal connection may also affect the triggering of the night vision function.

Notes on Indoor Display Power Supply and Outdoor Doorbell Battery Checking The indoor display screen needs continuous power supply to operate normally. It adopts a USB-C port, and a matching power cable is included in the product package.
