What is a Bosch Smart Home controller?
The controller is the heart of the Bosch Smart Home system. It links all your smart components with the app and coordinates all the devices in your system.
Can I use the Bosch Smart Home system without the controller?
With the exception of the cameras, Bosch Smart Home components cannot be used without the controller.
Where is my data stored?
Your personal data is stored on your Smart Home controller in your home. If you use remote access to your Smart Home, the data is transferred to your smartphone or tablet in encrypted form.

Smart system: As part of the Bosch Smart Home room climate solution, automatically turns down the Bosch Smart Home radiator thermostats when a window is open
