How do I connect my Smart Lamp via WiFi to the app?

Step 1: Put the lamp in pairing mode: Turn it on and off three times until it starts blinking.

Step 2: Open the app and select your WiFi network. Then choose to pair the “Smart Bulb.

Step 3: Add the blinking lamp, and now you can configure it.

How do I reset my Smart Lamp?

1) Make sure the lamp is ON, then turn it OFF and wait for 5 seconds.

2) Turn the lamp ON and OFF (within 2 seconds and repeat this 3 time).

Do I need a Hub?

For the Calex smart products, only WiFi and a smartphone/tablet are required. Install the free Calex app and you are good to go!
