Why isn’t my Minibase Chime ringing?

Ensure Doorbell C31 firmware is 3.3.5.8+ and Minibase Chime 3.3.1.5+. Used as chime: bind C31 first, then add chime in C31 settings> Indoor Chime, select Minibase Chime and follow the app guides to bind; As mini base: bind chime first, then C31.

Why is my doorbell not working properly after binding?

Ensure you have the latest app (version 4.9.3 or above) and check if the doorbell has received the latest software update. Video Doorbell C31 is a new product, and using the latest app version is necessary for optimal performance.
