Why can’t I use the remote control?
Please check if the plastic film has been removed from the remote control.
Can I cut the strips to the desired length?
Yes, but avoid cutting the LED beads. Exposed areas must be sealed with insulating material after cutting to ensure water resistance. The part connected to the solar panel will continue to function as before.
Can the outdoor solar lights be manually switched on during the day?
Yes, the solar panel has a light sensor. If you want it to switch on during the day, please cover it with a tool or turn it upside down.
Can the LED solar strips be switched to mains power?
Yes, the LED lights can be switched to mains power via a solar panel or a 5V USB charger (Type-C). When charging via USB, the indicators glow red; when fully charged, they glow green. A USB charger can also be used in rain or cloudy conditions.
Is the adhesive backing good and does it adhere well?
Sure, the self-adhesive backing of the strip is sticky enough to attach it to a clean surface. Easy to apply, simply stick it to the desired location.
