Why is the motion sensor insensitive, unable to detect, or shorter in range than advertised?

It has a 8 M sensing range & 120° angle. As an infrared sensor, its sensitivity/range may reduce (slower response, shorter distance) when ambient temp is close to body temp.

Why does the light run out of power in 1-4 hours (shorter than expected)?

2000mAh full-capacity battery. Full charge: 4hrs continuous dim mode / 6hrs dim+sensor light (auto-switches to sensor mode, 100-200 trigger cycles). Incomplete charging (weather/obstacles) shortens runtime.

What if the included cable is too short and not enough?

Sorry for the inconvenience! Currently, replacement cables aren’t available on the market, and we don’t provide longer ones. We’ll collect related feedback and improve this issue in future product iterations.

Why is the remote control not working?

The remote’s max control range is within 5 M, and the angle shouldn’t exceed 120°.

I’m missing parts or can’t install the light. How to fix this?

Installation is easy: Drill holes, fix the mounting plate with expansion screws, then embed the light. Check Installation Diagram (Image 3)、manual or tell us for help.
