Why doesn’t the device respond when I press the switch button?

You may have accidentally turned on the “Detach Relay” function in the eWeLink App. When enabled, this disconnects the physical button from the relay circuit, so pressing it won’t control the power directly.

Does the product support re-entering pairing mode via the “external switch button”?

This feature is under development and is scheduled for release in April 2026 via a firmware update. Once updated, you can enter pairing mode by holding the button for 10 seconds (note: this function only works when the device is offline).

Does the product require a neutral wire for installation?

Yes. Please ensure that there is a neutral wire (typically blue) in your home’s junction box before installing this product.
