Decent Crate Once Built, but Let Down by Fragile Materials and Disorganised Delivery
Whilst the finished Fellie Dog Crate Furniture (White, 120x60x90cm) is actually bigger than we expected and functions well as an end table, the frustrating delivery and difficult assembly make it hard to give this more than three stars. The materials are incredibly heavy, and putting it together definitively requires two people; you must also be extremely careful, as the material breaks off quite easily when screwed and necessitates very fragile management. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of communication regarding delivery, as the seller failed to inform us in advance that we should expect two large parcels. The first arrived early whilst the second was delayed for several days, and when we messaged the seller for clarification, we were merely instructed ‘to wait,’ which offered absolutely no reassurance. The final parcel eventually turned up completely unexpectedly and outside of Amazon’s given timeframe, so whilst the crate itself is decent once finally built, the poor customer service and delicate assembly process significantly let the experience down.
